Every Tuesday in Hyde Park at 6:30pm the Our Parks team are offering free, friendly guidance in the form of a beginners bootcamp all with qualified instructors so you know you’re learning from a professional.
This new community fitness initiative allows you to participate in quality group exercise and yoga classes, outdoors in one of your favourite parks all for free. The session itself runs for about 60 minutes and consists of various workouts using your own bodyweight exercises that are suitable and fun for the family of all abilities and capabilities.
