Got a free upgrade and 2h check-out for free. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice.

Having been to London many times before, with more than a dozen stays in the Paddington area because I tend to use the Heathrow Express from LHR, I am more than familiar with the average size of hotel rooms and my main priority is to find a room where we both manage to at least open our suitcases. Well, this was a bit of a struggle in our standard room with king bed at he Mercure Hyde park, but at least there was a sign informing us that "there is extra storage under the bed". We definitely needed that space!

The location is very very perfect, lots of facilities such and big supermarket, restaurants, cafe, and small shopping mall, groceries and many exchange shops located at the same area. you can found taxi easily

The breakfast is in an attached cafe and really excellent. There is also breakfast freshly prepared from the kitchen for hotel guests - Egg Benedict is highly recommended!
