Fabulous stay - made even better by Imed
From the moment we arrived Imed went above & beyond for us. We travelled as a party of 7 staying in 4 rooms. Check in was super fast and smooth. All info given to us at check in. Rooms were cosy but lovely with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was lovely - staff very attentive.
Will definitely stay here again when we next travel to London.

Me and a friend stayed here for one night, I cannot fault it at all, top notch from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! We will definitely be back when we visit London next. Imed was on front of house and he was so lovely, so professional, helpful, and attentive. He helped us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Honestly the best 5* service I have ever received.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Aimad who really changed our perception of this hotel. We booked in advance and I told the manager (I am sure it was a different manager when I booked. I’m sure he gave his name as Steph) I told him it’s a special occasion for us. When we arrived and got to our room, nothing special was done for us. It was so disappointing for my partner. We came down and the duty manager was Aimad. I raised my concerns and how disappointed I was. We left the hotel for a walk. Upon our return to our room I was splendidly surprised it was completely romantically decorated. My partner was so happy. Honestly, I am ever so grateful to Aimad. Wish it was him we spoke to in the first place and I wouldn’t have to encounter disappointment in the first place but Aimad really made up for the disappointment we felt. I am so thankful that Aimad went above and beyond 5* service. He really showed to have listened to us and make a change for us. I can genuinely say Aimad was so attentive, polite and courteous. This man is really amazing. If you guys book make sure you speak to Aimad as he genuinely cares. I know I will definitely be going back……only if Aimad is there as his care is beyond words!!! Excellent service when greeted by Imed at reception when staying for 2 special birthdays! He provided 5* service and the room was very clean and brilliant value for money! Will definitely be returning!

Well located and classy !
A lovely location in a quiet garden square, yet close to all the amazing sights and restaurants that London has to offer . My stay at this charming hotel was very satisfactory from the first welcome at check in . My room was clean and modern with a lovely view of the square and the lounge area downstairs was nicely furnished and elegant. Breakfast was good, the waitress attentive , and the fitness area was well equipped. Overall, a great stay and I look forward to returning in the future.
Lovely boutique hotel
The hotel was a very short walk from Paddington Station. The reception staff were very friendly. The room tidy my upgrade was lovely. Maybe a bit dusty in places. But overall it was worth the money. My only gripe was the pressure of the water..which in my room was poor. But the shower was a good size and the floor was heated. Great in the winter.
Great stay no complaints
Stayed here Friday 21st May. Great stay, no complaint. Check in very efficient, recognised for loyalty, though bar were drink could be claimed did shut at 9pm, so a bit of a rush. Room lovely with, large king sized bed. All clean. Great shower in bathroom, though shower door was coming off its hinges. All staff throughout were friendly. Breakfast next day very good. Great location too
Amazing Stay
We stayed here for one night after lockdown restrictions were eased. After checking in the room we were given was not made up. We spoke with the staff who were very apologetic and immediately arranged a larger room for us.
The room was a great size, very well equipped and spotless.
The greatest thing about this hotel is the staff who are honestly amazing. From the moment you check in to when you check out you are made to feel very welcome and we will definitely be returning on our next trip.
