Convenient location yet relatively quiet. Free water etc in the room.

The staff were excellent, especially Jessica. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location for Paddington station but set back from the road, so it was quiet.

Very helpful staff and friendly. Room was fine but not to warm and difficult to get colder. Compliments to receptionist Jessie!

Excellent staff - very attentive and professional. Chic, clean, sophisticated and modern rooms. Great location, just minutes away from Paddington station using the hotel’s back entrance via London Street - used that entrance most of the time especially at night as it felt safer and much more convenient.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I travel to London for business, and I must say down from the rooms to the reception it’s exceptional want to say a very special thank you to the lady on front desk (Jessica I think her name is) she had a contagious smile and always making sure we was okay throughout our stay and fulfilling all our needs! Definitely recommend

Stayed in the Pearl Suite which was a wonderful room. Also utilised the meeting facilities during the week which were clean and well serviced. Would recommend for business travel as well as personal ad located very close to Paddington station and east to get around the city.

We hired a meeting room for our company at Mercury Hyde Park Hotel. Luci Rodrigues (Sales Executive) assisted us all throughout the process and she was very attentive, provided clear information, and was always ready to respond to our last-minute requests by email.
Witek also provided us with great service. He was very professional and kind.
We will definitely come back in the near future, and we recommend anyone to use their services.

Great bar, Great service and among all, great staff who are always there to support!!!

I absolutely loved spending time at the lounge and bar.. great service and one of the best cosy places in the area to have a drink, relax and even work on the laptop! While one of their amazing staff, 'Witek' was always there with his warm smile and ready to serve!! It just felt like home.

Held a series of business meetings at this hotel.
Great location 5 minutes from Paddington, A+ ambiance and equipment in the Churchill room, and super service that didn't miss a beat by front-desk staff (and Witek)
