good hotel with good value. it would help to have a better eating arrangement, other than the rather noisy Spanish rest

it was clean, quiet and pleasant, at least from the viewpoint of our room on the ground floor. the staff was friendly and helpful. we would consider staying there again.

Very convenient location, five minute walk to Paddington station. Quiet, comfortable, but small rooms, with modern, clean design. Good air conditioning, and convenient lift. Friendly staff.

Stayed here before, lovely staff and hotel short walk to Paddington Station and lots of places to eat in the area.

Excellent welcome at Reception. It was my daughter's Hen Party and we wanted to get changed, and the very efficient Receptionist managed to get us an early check-in to one of the rooms which was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, air-conditioned and to a high standard. Loved the large mirrored sliding wardrobe doors. Lots of points for charging phones etc. Location of the hotel was perfect for our night out in Paddington and due to the train strikes, my husband was able to drive us in and drop us right outside the hotel. The hotel was a short taxi ride to Pergola where our evening was spent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and congratulate the staff on a very warm welcome.
