Amazing
No. 1, great location. Two mins walk to Paddington station. A lot of eateries for munchies late nights, bars and local food like fish and chips as well as good cuisines if u need Indian, Lebanese or even American food as we all miss home food at times No.2, great staff. I mean, they were so helpful at all times, always there to help, very friendly, very cozy and homely. No.3, clean. You have got hotels who insists on room cleaning even when you don’t want to be disturbed. But here, they will check everyday if u need it and if u don’t want to be disturbed, they’ll come at a later time to clean as long as you give them permission. If not, they will not intrude into your room otherwise and they respect your privacy.
Exceptional
The staff went above and beyond for us. We got engaged just before we arrived and my partner worked with the team at Mercure to organise a surprise bottle of champagne for us to celebrate, it was such a lovely surprise! The room was what we expected, in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The heating in the floor of the bathroom was a great surprise! Loved the bonus free drinks in the mini bar too.
Well priced and well placed
Great location, great service, great price. Our group of five booked in at the last minute and were well looked after by the friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Close to Paddington station so it was easy to get around and a short walk from Hyde Park.
Fantastic experience!
Absolutely loved my stay here. Very clean lovely rooms with great access to the city. The staff are incredibly friendly, particularly Sophia marry ary Francisca, they were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, I know I’ll be back on my next trip.
It was an amazing stay even though it was only for 12 hours. We would definitely come back.
The property was very convenient to public transport and restaurants. It was quiet all throughout the night, they had complete amenities and comfortable beddings. The staff were really nice, I had a late check-in at 9pm and I was welcomed my lovely ladies (Mary & Jessie) at reception. It was a smooth check-in and they answered all my questions. They even upgraded us to a suite which I couldn’t thank them enough.
Fantastic stay
I did a day stay and the experience was great. Checkin was easy and the place was clean. I enjoyed the coffee shop and would return. I enjoyed the staff attention and the coffee shop staff’s joyful interaction.

Wonderful
The hotel is very close to Paddington, it takes about 5 minutes to walk there. The hotel has complete facilities, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. The drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. The hotel corridor looks small, but it is very large when you enter the room, making it convenient to travel.
It was very comfortable and the staff extremely accommodating. Would recommend anybody to stay.
The staff were absolutely lovely. My brother was not feeling well and I requested for late check out at 4pm (check out is normally at 11am) so he could rest, and the wonderful ladies at reception gave it to us at no extra cost. Was so kind of them!
Great location and comfortable boutique hotel.
Close to Paddington Station tube and train lines. Number of decent restaurants in area. Breakfast, include it when booking, was excellent with numerous choices to order and good buffet.
