Very convenient location in a nice property
Excellent location near the express train to Heathrow. Calm area in a a lovely district close to Hyde Park.
Size Matters...
Having been to London many times before, with more than a dozen stays in the Paddington area because I tend to use the Heathrow Express from LHR, I am more than familiar with the average size of hotel rooms and my main priority is to find a room where we both manage to at least open our suitcases. Well, this was a bit of a struggle in our standard room with king bed at he Mercure Hyde park, but at least there was a sign informing us that "there is extra storage under the bed". We definitely needed that space!

The location is very very perfect, lots of facilities such and big supermarket, restaurants, cafe, and small shopping mall, groceries and many exchange shops located at the same area. you can found taxi easily
Value for money unbeatable, 5-10 minutes walk from Paddigton Station (airport express) away
The breakfast is in an attached cafe and really excellent. There is also breakfast freshly prepared from the kitchen for hotel guests - Egg Benedict is highly recommended!

Friendly environment and very good hospitality
The staff were amazing and super friendly. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. I like the idea of adding “Alexa” to automate guests requests.
All looks so clean
The hotel looks amazing, everything looks so clean, every room is so cleaned, the staff are amazing. If you ask them to bring you something or to change the sheets on the bed they are so helpful. 100% I will go back to this hotel where everything is so clean. and specially if you have a baby. And you want him to be safe and healthy

Great location, super helpful staff, nice rooms, and a functional little gym. We really enjoyed our stay here...... They also have a small bar in the lobby, so we took a nightcap up to our room every night. :)
Exceptional
The location was fantastic! It is close to Paddington station and you are 20 minutes away from Heathrow airport via the Heathrow Express. Many small restaurants in the area as well! The staff members are very friendly and changed my room to accommodate an extra bed for my daughter. Nice and big bottles of shampoo and body gel in the shower.

Ideal location to use the Heathrow Express from Paddington. Hotel is in a very nice old building spread over several entrances. Breakfast with coupon in the Bella Italia in the same building. Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful, locker room a bit small so pick up luggage on time if you're in a hurry.
