Great place with comfortable beds and excellent service. My home away from home. The breakfast at the on site Bella Italia restaurant was delicious. I will definitely be back. This is my favourite hotel in London.

Fantastic stay, the hotel is really nice, located in a good area, the room was very well cleaned, the staff is very friendly, especially Mrs Oltita Negrea, who was very kind and helped us with everything we needed during the stay. Surely we will come back here next time we visit London.

The room was excellent very clean. The staff were always helpful and always very polite and friendly. The location was good and easy to find. The whole of our stay went very well and we would certainly return.

Great location near Paddington station, which meant access is simple to London and further afield. Room was quite small, which you expect for London, but very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were very friendly. Really enjoyable stay - I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pillows and beds very comfortable and close to the underground. The attached restaurant had excellent food.

The on site restaurant was superb. Great choice for breakfast. This was our 3rd visit to the Mercury. We will most definitely be returning.
