I did a day stay and the experience was great. Checkin was easy and the place was clean. I enjoyed the coffee shop and would return. I enjoyed the staff attention and the coffee shop staff’s joyful interaction.

The hotel is very close to Paddington, it takes about 5 minutes to walk there. The hotel has complete facilities, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. The drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. The hotel corridor looks small, but it is very large when you enter the room, making it convenient to travel.

It was very comfortable and the staff extremely accommodating. Would recommend anybody to stay.

The staff were absolutely lovely. My brother was not feeling well and I requested for late check out at 4pm (check out is normally at 11am) so he could rest, and the wonderful ladies at reception gave it to us at no extra cost. Was so kind of them!

Close to Paddington Station tube and train lines. Number of decent restaurants in area. Breakfast, include it when booking, was excellent with numerous choices to order and good buffet.

Comfortable hotel with good location, close to Paddington station for trains and subways and several bus lines. I stayed in a very small room, but good offer of amenities such as hairdryer, iron, electric kettle and fridge with drinks and biscuits offered for free by the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. Underground and train station is within walking distance. Hyde Park is fantastic and gives you the opportunity for sports activities or just to relax.

Good location (Paddington station nearby) and nice staff. Hearty breakfast!!!!!!; Room relatively small but clean and bathroom big enough and clean.
